Requirements:
Module rewritten and corrected under the current version DataLife Engine 9.0,
as I remember the changes in the script, and should work under 8.5

* Admin module
* Text output over links
* Output text at link
* Do not want to edit the script files
* Easy connection to the template script
* Enable / disable the effect MARQUEE (vertical scrolling links)

* Added support script 9.0
* Fixed the definition of TIC and PR
* Fixed installer
* Fixed translation and spelling (though it can not all)
* Fixed problem with encoding
Cons:
* Add a site through the admin panel.
